I’m Emma - blending lighthearted warmth with wholehearted passion for timeless photography.
Photography has remained the love of my life since I was 8 years old. You should have seen me at the fam functions rockin’ the iZone Polaroid camera in 2002… complete with Backstreet Boys film!
I pride myself in the trust that couples graciously give me to capture their most precious moments. Trust and communication mean everything to me. Get to know me a little better and let’s make some magic!
In 2023, I married my sweet boy, Benji, in Las Vegas - complete with Elvis, a pink Cadillac and karaoke!
We live in Orlando with our fur babies, 3 cats (Ma’am, Wally, Mo) and husky (Kenley).
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me editing with a cat on my lap and a true crime doc on TV.
I’m absolutely a Disney Adult. Even though Walt Disney World is practically in my backyard here in Orlando, my heart belongs to Disneyland in California.
My Google Maps history mainly consists of thrift stores and antique malls.
My favorite movie is Spaceballs - I’m not kidding ;)

what to expect before the big day
BOOKING PROCESS
To reserve your date with Emma Anne Photo, a signed contract and $750 booking retainer are required. The retainer is applied toward your final balance, which is due two weeks before your wedding day. I recommend booking about a year in advance — but truly, the sooner, the better! Once your contract is signed and the retainer is received, it’s official: you’re booked! Soon after, you’ll receive my Photo Guide in your inbox. This guide is filled with tips, inspiration, and planning resources you can reference throughout your wedding journey.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
I include a complimentary engagement session with every wedding collection in this guide so we can get to know each other and work together before your big day. These sessions typically last about 90 minutes, and you’re welcome to bring a second outfit for variety. Within two weeks, you’ll receive an online gallery with 65+ beautifully edited images — perfect for making sweet memories and creating personalized Save the Dates.
The engagement session is completely optional, but it can’t be exchanged for additional wedding-day coverage or any other type of session. Complimentary engagement sessions are not included in custom collections — they’re exclusively part of the collections listed in this guide.

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll schedule a final call to create a custom photo timeline tailored to your collection hours. I’ll send you questionnaires to better understand the logistics of your day and your family dynamics. Together, we’ll curate a shot list that brings your wedding vision to life. I take a hands-on approach to your photo timeline to ensure it perfectly aligns with your coordinator’s schedule, so your day flows seamlessly.

When photographing the reception, I adapt my style to match the vibe of the night. Whether you’re tearing up the dance floor with a White Claw in hand, I’m right there capturing those fun, joyful moments you’ll laugh about for years to come. I bring out extra lighting when needed (like during speeches or the first dance) and I love using flash to add a polished, editorial touch. If dancing isn’t your thing and you prefer mingling with guests, no worries! I’ll be there to capture genuine candid moments and portraits with anyone you want. My goal is to make sure your reception photos truly reflect how the night felt, so you can relive those memories again and again.

how do i book you for my wedding?
Let’s get this party started! Contact me through my website or e-mail me directly (EmmaAnnePhoto@gmail.com) to finalize the booking process. You’ll save your date with a signed contract and $750 booking retainer.
are you licensed and insured?
Yes! If your wedding venue needs a COI, let me know and I can send it their way.
do you provide a second shooter with wedding collections?
Yes, always! My sister, Kate, is my go-to second shooter/assistant. We make a sweet sister duo! Customized packages for elopements and micro-weddings may not include a second photographer.
how and when do you deliver the photos to your clients?
Wedding previews are sent within 48 hours of the wedding day. Wedding galleries are ready 5-7 weeks after the wedding date (return time varies and may take up to 8 weeks during holiday season at the end of the year). Your final gallery is delivered to you through an online gallery called Pixieset. It displays the photos in a beautiful collage where you can view, favorite the ones you love and share with social media. You're able to download your photos onto unlimited computers. It’s super easy to navigate and it is great for sharing with family/ friends!
can we have all of the original raw images?
No, receiving all the raw images is not an option. Raw images are not the finished product of your wedding gallery -I wouldn’t be completing my job! We take thousands of images during the wedding day and while most are duplicates, some are just really unflattering… like mid-sneeze unflattering ;)
do you offer payment plans?
Of course, you’re welcome to pay how you’d like! I don’t offer specific plans but whether it’s monthly or every 3 months or all at once, I keep track of payments for you and you receive updates when payments are made.
