your engagement session
Engagement sessions are all about connection. Your connection with each other and with me and my camera! We will choose a location that fits your vision, whether that’s somewhere sentimental or somewhere new and fun. Outfits that flow with the environment (think soft, neutral tones or rich, earthy colors) tend to photograph beautifully. During the session, I’ll guide you through prompts and relaxed posing so you can be yourselves, authentically and simply in love!
If you have ideas, I’m all ears! Let’s start planning. We can set a date for your engagement session as soon as you’re ready (the earlier the better if you’d like to use the photos for Save the Dates).
Most of the time, engagement sessions run about 90 minutes, with the option for an outfit change halfway through.
For the best light, I love early mornings or early evenings. I’m happy to make start time suggestions based on the location and time of year.
Your photos will be delivered via email within 14 days of your session date. From there: download, favorite, post, create your Save the Dates… share with the world!
timeline tips
A well-planned timeline makes your day feel effortless and ensure we’re prioritizing what matters most to you. I’ll work with you and your planner to create the perfect timeline that feels both practical and relaxed. This way you can be fully present, enjoy your day, and trust that I have your back and will be there capturing it all.
Helpful tips to keep in mind while planning -
First Looks:
Consider incorporating a first look to create a more relaxed timeline and enjoy cocktail hour with your guests. First looks are perfect for couples who want to embrace a candid, documentary-style approach to their wedding photography.
Sunset and Time of Year:
Make a note of your wedding day’s sunset time early on. If golden hour photos are important to you, we’ll set aside 10 to 15 minutes to capture that beautiful light. Whether that’s right after the ceremony or a quick break during the reception, it’s always worth it!
Travel and Parking:
When moving between multiple venues, build in buffer time for travel, parking, unloading, and walking between locations to keep your day running smoothly.
The best day

One of my favorite parts of the wedding day! Choose a getting-ready space with plenty of natural light if possible. Keeping the space clean and clear of trash and clutter makes a world of difference in your photos.
Have your details ready in one spot (invitation suite, rings, jewelry, shoes, perfume, family heirlooms, etc.) so I can capture them right away without interrupting your flow!

Family and group portraits are important, and I approach them with a mix of efficiency and warmth so you can get back to enjoying your day.
Before the wedding day, we will work together on a list of must-have groupings. That way we can move quickly, keep everyone happy and I can focus on capturing those genuine, candid moments in between.

after the wedding day
within 48 hours
Within 48 hours of your wedding, I’ll send you a preview gallery so you can relive some of the day’s special moments! Perfect for reminiscing on your honeymoon and savoring in the weeks that follow.
within 7 weeks
Wedding galleries are ready 5-7 weeks after the wedding date (return time varies and may take up to 8 weeks during holiday season at the end of the year). Your final gallery is delivered to you through an online gallery called Pixieset. You're able to download your photos onto unlimited computers. The gallery will remain open for 2 years. It’s super easy to navigate and it is great for sharing with family/ friends!

From new fur babies to pregnancy announcements to family portraits… I’m your go-to girl! It’s an honor to capture these milestones for my couples and to witness their love stories grow and evolve through the years.
heirloom albums
Your love story deserves more than a screen. It should be held in your hands, shared with loved ones, and treasured for generations. Heirloom albums feature thick, flat-lay pages bound in your choice of luxe linen or rich leather, crafted to preserve your memories beautifully over time.
